When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and message text that you type in. These are the only fields on the form, and you choose what to put in them.

Like any website, our server also records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We use what you send us for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where it leads to a business relationship, to continue that correspondence.

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of you and we do not follow you across other sites.

The only cookie we use is a login session cookie for our own staff when they sign in to the site's admin area. It is never set for ordinary visitors.

Your browser may remember your language choice locally. That stays on your device.

The maps on the contact and about pages load their tiles from OpenStreetMap servers. When a map is displayed, your IP address is visible to that service. We send it nothing else about you.

The website runs on a hosting server operated on our behalf. Only our authorised staff and that provider's technical personnel can reach the data stored there.

Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept for as long as they are useful for answering you and for the business relationship that may follow. When they are no longer needed, or when you ask us to remove them, we delete them.

You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. You may also withdraw a consent you have given.

Write to us through the contact page and we will respond. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that nobody else can make it on your behalf.

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to the stored enquiries is limited to authorised staff with their own accounts and passwords.

No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, so please do not send us medical records, identity document numbers or payment details through the contact form.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top of it.
